Ashleigh Everett is Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Hunt Oil Company. She leads the effort of Hunt Oil Company’s legal team in both domestic and international jurisdictions.
Prior to her current role, Everett was primarily responsible for overseeing legal support for Hunt Oil Company’s investments and activities in Peru, as well as its US assets. She has been involved in acquisitions, divestitures, financings, and litigation-related matters related to Hunt Oil Company’s assets since she joined Hunt in 2012.
Everett was previously an attorney in the Dallas office of Thompson & Knight LLP, where she represented clients on oil and gas transactional matters. She graduated from Oklahoma State University with a BS in agricultural economics and earned her law degree from The University of Oklahoma College of Law.
